Mostly medium quality GI pipes are used. GI carbon steel pipes are immersed in a galvanic (zinc) bath. GI (Galvanized Iron) Pipes are classified into 3 grades based on their weight per meter and inner diameter thickness. Galvanized pipes are very heavy and difficult to install/repair. They are prone to chipping and cracking. They get clogged over time, leading to reduced water pressure. When galvanized pipes corrode, dangerous levels of lead is released into the water system. It is highly preferred in large construction projects because of its durability and is resistant to abrasion and rust. Low maintenance cost : Since GI pipes are coated with Zinc, they are known for staying durable for a long period of time due to their sturdiness.

1. Q: What's your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A: One full 20ft container or 40ft container , mixed products are acceptable. We can produce as per your quantity based on different products. Please feel free to contact us, let's discuss furtherly.
2. Q: What's your packing methods?
A: Packed in bundle or bulk (customed is accepted). For steel pipes, we pack by steel strips with 61 pieces in bundle. Steel plan, steel frame, and steel prop are packed by steel strips in bundle. Couplers are in pallet.
3. Q: What's your delivery time?
A: 3-5 days after received the advance payment. For stel pipe, we can arrange shipment within 3-5 days usualy we have steel pipe in production line. For steel plank, steel prop and scaffolding frame, We will try our best to arrange shippment asap. Also we can arrange partial shipment based on your quantity.
