A grinding wheel is basically a precision tool composed of abrasive grains held together by a bonding material. The abrasive grains provide the wheel with its cutting ability which helps in finishing the material to the required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
a grinder is a device for crushing food such as coffee or meat into small pieces or into a powder. ... an electric coffee grinder. A grinder is a machine or tool for sharpening, smoothing, or polishing the surface of something.
The grinding discs are used for the preparation of welding joints as well as deburring and planing work. In addition, it is also the perfect tool for corner and edge sanding. The coarse grinding wheels are for the cost-focused craftsman, as you get easy material processing and good service life.
Also known as side or disc grinders, angle grinders are portable power tools specifically designed for grinding and polishing. They are used across a variety of workplaces and industries including metalworking, construction, and emergency rescue.

Installation Instructions
A grinding wheel is mounted on a tapered spindle by die moulding in which bond material is injection moulded into a central hole in the wheel about the end of the spindle but is prevented from entering the space between the die liner and tapered spindle by a seal at the end of the die liner.
Disconnect portable machines from their power source before you begin mounting or removing wheels. Inspect the machine and its wheel guard. Never use a machine that has been damaged or one that does not have a proper abrasive cup wheel guard. Inspect and clean the machine's back flange and mounting threads.
