Installation Instructions

• Inspect the wall substrate: Before installing phenolic panels, ensure the wall substrate is in good condition and plumb. The substrate should have a maximum variation of ⅛" in 10'. 
   
   
• Check the materials: Before unloading the truck, print out the installation drawings, manual, pallet log, and packaging list. Check the number of packages and the contents of each package. 
   
   
• Identify parts: As you unpack, identify each part and put similar parts together. 
   
   
• Use the correct hardware: Use the correct hardware as specified in the assembly instructions. 
   
   
• Read the instructions: Read all steps in their entirety before beginning installation. Some hardware combinations and field conditions may require alternate installation.
