What is the use of U-head?
- Head is designed to be installed at the top of a scaffold. Particularly for Shoring applications where beams are required to be supported.
What is the difference between U-head and base jack?
Base Jacks are also considered the "feet" of the scaffold structure. U-Heads are designed to be used in conjunction with Adjustable Steel Props or System Scaffolding. The main function of a U-Head is to hold timber beams securely in place .
What is the load capacity of the U head jack?
The U-Jacks are manufactured using the Roll Threading process, which increases safety and enables them to have a load-bearing capacity of up to 4 tons.
What is u jack in construction?
The U JACK / Adjustable stirrup head is used at the top of the cup lock standard (Vertical) to provide an additional maximum adjustment of length up to 300 - 600 mm. U Head jack is designed to be used in conjunction with adjustable system scaffolding.
What is the use of U head jack?
38mm scaffold U head jacks are used popularly for normal modular scaffold systems like ringlock, cuplock, kwikstage, quick lock scaffold, etc as well as the tube clamp system. The reason is the modular scaffold verticals are made of 48mm scaffold tubes.

1. Q: What's your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A: One full 20ft container or 40ft container , mixed products are acceptable. We can produce as per your quantity based on different products. Please feel free to contact us, let's discuss furtherly.
2. Q: What's your packing methods?
A: Packed in bundle or bulk (customed is accepted). For steel pipes, we pack by steel strips with 61 pieces in bundle. Steel plan, steel frame, and steel prop are packed by steel strips in bundle. Couplers are in pallet.
3. Q: What's your delivery time?
A: 3-5 days after received the advance payment. For stel pipe, we can arrange shipment within 3-5 days usualy we have steel pipe in production line. For steel plank, steel prop and scaffolding frame, We will try our best to arrange shippment asap. Also we can arrange partial shipment based on your quantity.
