Product Description
The base jack is used at the bottom of the vertical steel rod and the bottom plate is at the bottom. The bottom plate can be folded or not folded. According to the lead screw material, can be divided into hollow base jack and solid base jack.
Base jack is adjustable support at the base of the scaffolding which helps to provide support and maintain equal level at all the places in erection of system. It is compatible with all the systems such as Ringlock System, Kwikstage System, Cuplock System, Frame System.
An adjustable base jack is used to level the scaffold height under the scaffold verticals or starter(ring lock system). The base plate sizes of the scaffold screw jack base are customized. While the most used base plate sizes are 150x150mm, 140x140mm, 120x120mm, etc.
They work like a giant screw where the base of the scaffolding frame rests on a nut that can be raised or lowered by turning clockwise or counterclockwise. The maximum of the base jack The extended height is 18". Most base jacks have a built-in stop so that the maximum height will not be exceeded.

1. Q: What's your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A: One full 20ft container or 40ft container , mixed products are acceptable. We can produce as per your quantity based on different products. Please feel free to contact us, let's discuss furtherly.
2. Q: What's your packing methods?
A: Packed in bundle or bulk (customed is accepted). For steel pipes, we pack by steel strips with 61 pieces in bundle. Steel plan, steel frame, and steel prop are packed by steel strips in bundle. Couplers are in pallet.
3. Q: What's your delivery time?
A: 3-5 days after received the advance payment. For stel pipe, we can arrange shipment within 3-5 days usualy we have steel pipe in production line. For steel plank, steel prop and scaffolding frame, We will try our best to arrange shippment asap. Also we can arrange partial shipment based on your quantity.
4. Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A: We are a professional steel product manufacturer with more than 15 years of export experience. We have our own factories, one is for steel pipe, one is for galvanization, another is for scaffolding, such as steel plank, steel prop and steel frame. We have over 100 workers, with 5 welding line. Our products are exporting to Southeast and Mideast Asia, EU market. With our own factories, we can control the production cost and delivery time better. 5. Q: Where's your factory?
A: Our factory is in Tianjin city (near Beijing), close to Tianjin Port. Our factory is located in the biggest steel industrial zone in China, with the steel industrial concentration, we can get raw material and fittings very fast, and arrange shipment ealrier.

A: Warmly welcome. Once we have your schedule, we will arrange the professional sales team to follow up your case. It is helpful to know better about our factory. We can also do the remote inspection based on current coronavirus situation.
