• The Adjustable Base Jacks are made of steel plate and screw jack.
• These fittings are available in two types (Hollow and solid).
• These Jacks provide a method of adjustment for Cuplock structure. It fits directly into the Cuplock Standard.
• The base plate at the bottom provides stability to the structure.
• The adjustable threaded pipe is made of 4mm thick steel pipe with 38mm OD.
• The adjustable threaded pipe has a nut restraint for adjustment and also to ensure the stem always has a minimum engagement inside the standard of upto 150mm.
• The adjustable base jacks provide 500mm of thread adjustment.

Installation Instructions

• Put the flat side of a plate on the footing, then place the larger diameter post over the plate with the holes at the top.
• Insert the posts

  Put the smaller diameter post inside the larger diameter post, with the hole end of the smaller post going into the outer diameter tube.
• Install carriage bolts

  Align the holes between the inside and outside tubes, then install two carriage bolts through the holes.
• Add the adjusting screw

  Put the round nut on top of the adjusting screw's threads, then place the adjusting screw on top of the smaller diameter post.
• Add the other plate

  Put the other plate on top of the adjusting screw, with the flat side facing up.
• Adjust

  Use an adjustable wrench to make fine adjustments. 

   

   

Adjustable base jacks are used to hold scaffolding in place horizontally and provide a level working surface for construction workers. They can be used with a variety of scaffolding systems, including ringlock, cuplock, kwikstage, and haki.
