Frame scaffolding is also called tubular steel frame scaffolding, door style frame scaffolding, is a long established modular frame scaffolding system serving as working platform for construction and decoration purposes, which is composed of main frames, catwalk or walk board, braces or cross braces, brackets, coupling pins of spigot, guardrails and sometimes casters, etc.
H-frame scaffoldings consist of two vertical posts joined by a horizontal crosspiece. Workers and scaffolding materials are supported and stabilized by the H-frame design. It is frequently used in the industrial and construction environments.

Installation Instructions
1. Ensure the scaold is erected in accordance with the manufacturer's assembly instructions. Persons erecting, modifying or dismantling the scafold must hold the applicable certifcate of competency if: a) The scafold is over 4m in height b) The fall height from the scafold over the edge of a door or through a penetration is more than 4m in height. c) The scafold involves a cantilever situation. d) The scafold is swing stage.
2. Do not use incorrect, incompatible or damaged materials/components. Always inspect the components before use.
3. Synergy Access Equipment will provide you with a list of components and an assembly manual to assist you in building the tower frame in a safe and approved manner.
4. Ensure that all the components used to erect the scafold are from the same manufacturer, Synergy Access Equipment issues no permission to mix and match components from other systems or manufacturers.
5. Ensure that there is a safe working area for the scafold. The safest manner is to setup a restricted work-zone where the scafold is erected.
6. Do not erect scaold closer than 4.0m to electrical power lines. The minimum required distance is state-dependant so check the Statutory Regulations for your state.
7. Ensure the scafold is erected on structurally adequate, solid, and unobstructed foundation. Use sole boards if necessary.
8. Always wear gloves and a hardhat while erecting the mobile tower system. Assess your work activity and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
9. All platforms over 2m in height must have toe boards, guardrails (1m above the deck) and mid rails (500mm above the deck) ftted.
10. Do not climb up the outside rungs of the scafold. Always climb scafolds from the inside, via ladders.
11. Do not use ladders, steps and boxes, or any equipment on top of the working deck to gain extra height/reach.
12. When erecting and using, ensure the scaold is level and in contact with the ground, by adjusting the adjustable castors and outrigger stabilisers.
