Coffral Shoring Jacks
(a.k.a. Adjustable Telescopic Steel Props) are used to apply pressure on shoring surfaces, intended to hold the shape of the concrete or temporarily vertical support the precast units. They have high load-bearing capacity.

European Standard Heavy Duty Steel Prop for Shoring 
as the most popolar prop serie among all TECON telescopic props, is designed and manufactured according to EN1065 standard. The sizes are available from 1500mm to 5000mm with working bearing load limits from 20kN to 30kN.

Installation Instructions

 

You should make sure the shore jack™ is centered under the horizontal member (beam, joists, etc.) that is required to support. Turn the adjusting screw until the 4x4 is firmly supporting the horizontal member. Lastly, use a level to vertically plumb 4x4 and verify that the 4x4 is centered under horizontal member.

The document provides instructions for installing heavy duty shoring for voided slab construction. It involves compacting the ground, conducting soil tests, placing sole plates and base jacks, then erecting vertical and horizontal frame members while ensuring verticality. Main and secondary bearers are installed, followed by erecting rebar and concrete placement in stages. Timber props for the top slab are removed after curing. All shoring components are dismantled after 28 days of curing.
